NON-PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION

Like many websites, we may from time to time automatically collect information about how visitors use the Site. This information is not personally identifiable, and in general you can visit the Site without telling us who you are or revealing any personal information about yourself. Examples of this type of non-personally identifiable information include the frequency of your use of this Site and the route by which you choose to access it and your use of any hyperlinks available on this Site. We and our service providers, agents or advisors may process and use this data for purposes including planning Site development, assessing patterns of use, and planning and assessing marketing initiatives by us. However, you will remain anonymous until you tell us who you are. For more information, see "Information Collected and How We Use It."

PERSONAL INFORMATION

"Personal Information" refers to information that could personally identify you, such as your name, address, email address and the names and ages of members of your household. You may use the Site without giving us any Personal Information, and submitting any Personal Information is strictly voluntary, as discussed below under "Information Collected and How We Use It." If you believe that any of your Personal Information previously provided to us is incorrect, or has been changed since the time you provided it, or if you would like us to remove any Personal Information from our records, please contact using the links provided later in this Privacy Policy.

INFORMATION COLLECTED AND HOW WE USE IT

A) Log Files
As is true of most websites, we automatically gather certain technical information about your visit to the Site and store it in log files. This information includes the internet domain from which you access our Site, the IP address of the computer from which you access the Site, the browser type used to access the Site, the date and time you access our Site, and the URLs of the unique pages you visit. We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to collect data on the number of visitors to the Site and the types of technology they use, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users' movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

We do not link this automatically-collected data about your visit to the Site to any Personal Information.

B) Personal Information
We do not attempt to discover any Personal Information. If you choose to provide us with Personal Information, such as by sending us an email (by clicking on the "Contact Us" button), we will use that information to respond to your message and to help us provide you the information or services that you have requested. We may also keep a record of that correspondence for internal record-keeping purposes and may retain any contact details, such as your email address and phone number, within our database. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you choose to send to us, as email is not necessarily secure.

C) Cookies
When you view the Site, we may store some information on your computer in the form of a "cookie" or similar file. "Cookies" are small text files that are either used for the duration of a session ('session cookies'), or saved on a user's hard drive in order to identify that user the next time he/she logs on to the Site ('persistent cookies'). We may use session cookies to identify users logging in to the Site. These cookies are deleted from the component's server soon after the session ends and are not collected or saved. We may use 'persistent cookies' to recognize you when you return to the Site and to analyze visitor behavior.

Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that, such as by having your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent or choosing to turn off all cookies. This can be done through your web browser settings, and because each browser is different you should look at your browser's "Help" menu to learn how to modify your cookie settings. If you do disable cookies from your browser you may not be able to access certain sections of the Site and this may make your experiences on the Site less efficient.

D) Data Sharing and Third Party Applications
Except as detailed in this Privacy Policy, we will not share your Personal Information with any third parties without your express permission. We reserve the right, however, to disclose your Personal Information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on Knowledge Networks or our employees or agents.

We may share information (other than Personal Information) with certain entities in connection with services that provide users of our Site with increased capabilities or functionality on the Site, as discussed below. We use the information provided by these types of third-party tools to improve the Site and the end-user experience.

We do not collect Personal Information from these third-party tools, nor provide them with any Personal Information.

Google's retention and use of such information is subject to Google's privacy policy, which is available at http://www.google.com/privacypolicy.html.
